DiY tips for beauty

For a fresh and instant glow:
Take 2 table spoons of yogurt and add 3 drops of white vinegar. Apply it to face for 10 mins and wash it off.It will make your skin glow and make it look like you just got a facial done.

For face swelling in the morning:
Take a small bowl of warm water and add mustard powder to it. Soak in a small towel and dab on your face. It will reduce the swelling.

For threading/waxing dark marks:
Apply rose water to skin at least 3 to 4 times a day. It will make the dark marks go away and make your skin glow.

For tan:
Rubbing a piece of tomato for 5 mins removes tan from any part of the body. This by the way, i have tried myself and it works like magic.

For oily skin:
Take 2 table spoon rose water, 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice, 5 to 6 drops hydrogen per oxide.Apply it to face 15 to 20 mins. Especially apply night time. After a few days skin will be smooth and glow.

Four Essential Vitamins for Hair Growth

If you are wondering what are the best vitamins for hair growth, then you are probably on a mission to achieve that long hair, luscious locks look. Throughout time long hair has been associated with beauty, femininity and sexuality. And it is not just women who are thought to be enchanting if they have luxurious thick abundant hair. Think about Samson, whose strength was locked in his mane of hair.
So if you want to grow your hair, and are wondering if there are any magical potions to help, good news! There are, and best of all, you don’t need magic, just some essential vitamins.

How Does Hair Grow?
Essentially hair is a protein, which is made up of a root, bulb and follicle. The follicle is underneath the skin and attached to what is called the sebaceous gland and muscle fiber. Our hair grows when the follicle collects old cells and the sebaceous gland and muscle fiber push up the bundled up cells. Hair is actually made up of the same stuff as the cuticles on your nails, so the good news is that if you are good to your hair, you are also being good to your nails and skin! So what are the vitamins that are essential to grow your hair?

Let your children dress themselves.

The trend first began with famous mothers. Then brand names started up their own collections. These days, there is children's clothing that has mothers and daughters, as well as fathers and sons, looking exactly alike. While all this may appear chic and sweet, and while it may recall a sort of cute matrushka-doll look, experts warn that it can be harmful for a child's psychological well-being.
